Strengthening Families Programme (SFP) Funding Now Available

 

Funding Applications now open for Strengthening Families Programme Funding 

Le Chéile Mentoring is delighted to announce the opening of the 2023 Funding for delivering of SFP programmes for Probation Referrals.

Le Chéile coordinates and funds the Strengthening Families Programme (SFP) on behalf of the Probation Service, providing support and advice to local steering committees.

SFP is an evidence-based, whole family skills training programme, designed to work with high stress families, including families with drug and alcohol issues. SFP has been proven to help build communication skills, decrease risk factors in families and reduce negative behaviours in children.

 The maximum amount available per Strengthening Families Programme is €8000. A weighted criteria is used for the assessment of application forms.

All steering committees that are successful in their application must ensure that Le Chéile & the Probation Services are identified as the funder on all publicity, launches and reports associated with the programme.  The logos will be provided to all successful steering committees.

Application forms should be returned to the Strengthening Families Programme Contact Person in your area as named on the first page of this funding application. Deadline for Applications is Friday 12 May 2023
